NC Cardinal Member
NC Cardinal is a program of the State Library of North Carolina that is supported by grant funds. It consists of a consortium of North Carolina medium and small public libraries that share an online catalog. Its purpose is “to make the combined resources of North Carolina’s public libraries available to all people of the state through a shared catalog and statewide library card”.
This shared platform allows Granville County Library patrons’ access to an extensive array of library material with no additional costs to the county or its’ residents.
Since 2015, the Granville County Library System has been in a proud partnership with the State Library of North Carolina. We are equally proud to have met the criteria for membership into this resourceful association of libraries.
