Teen Volunteering

Do you need community service hours for school?  Want to boost your resume’ for college?  Looking to help out your community?  Volunteer at the library! Simply ask for an application at the front desk of any library branch.

Teen Ink : National magazine written by teens for teens.

Codecademy : Learn to code for free.

Scratch :  Program your own interactive stories, games, and animations — and share your creations with others in the online community.

DOGO News : Catch up on current events catered towards a younger audience.

Freerice : Improve your vocabulary and SAT score. This site donates 10 grains of rice to the World Food Program with every answer you get right.

No Flying No Tights – a website devoted to graphic novels and the people who read them most!
